Talent Bank
The Identities Talent Bank is about bringing together women who have a talent, however small or large and who are willing to share it with others to support their learning and growth.
The idea is about sharing our resources so that the whole can benefit the individual. We want to encourage you, our members, to post support on the Talent Bank in order to help and support others. Talent is defined as a natural ability or skill, it can also be something that has been learned and perfected.
Here at Identities our ethos has been created from learning, sharing and growing and the Talent Bank is about transferring our ethos into our online resource. We definitely don’t mind you promoting yourself by sharing a skill you have with others, however we do not allow any direct marketing via the Talent Bank.
You must be registered on the site in order to use all the features of Talent Bank. Once logged in you can post files, images, video and website links for others to view online.

- Cheryl Walsh Hi I have just joined. My skill is coaching (hate that word - sounds so pompous) but that's what the people who employ me call it. I seem to have the knack of helping people believe in themselves and raise their self esteem/confidence. Feedback tells me I'm good at training (Citizenship/Mental Health in the Workplace/Social responsibility) and I love it all. I love networking especially over coffee (although I don't drink it, more of a green tea person).
